The challenge
The Couple to Couple League has taught natural family planning to hundreds of thousands of couples over more than fifty years. To carry that mission into people’s daily lives, CCL needed a mobile app couples could truly rely on — accurate, dependable, and built around how their method actually works. It was a project with real complexity beneath the surface, and it called for a partner willing to design it hand in hand with the people who know the method best.
The approach
Patmos designed and built the PeakDay app in close collaboration with the CCL team, shaping it around their method and the couples who’d use it every day. Whatever challenge came up along the way, the team found a way through it and kept the project moving. Four to five years on from that first design, Patmos remains an active partner — building new features, refining the experience, and maintaining the app so it stays dependable as CCL’s mission and membership grow.
The outcome
The PeakDay app is now in the hands of couples nationwide, with 100,000+ downloads and counting, supporting a mission more than fifty years in the making — and a partnership that keeps evolving with new features and enhancements.
